We're looking for an Assistant Manager - Partner Branding to support the storytelling, identity, and visibility of our U.S. university partners across digital and multimedia channels. This role is ideal for someone who loves bringing brands to life, organizing creative projects, and collaborating with a variety of teams to ensure our partners' voices are authentic, consistent, and compelling.

What You'll Do:



As a key member of the US EdCo marketing team, you'll play an important role in shaping how our partner universities show up across digital platforms. You'll work closely with the Manager - Partner Branding to understand partner identities, coordinate marketing materials, and ensure content shines across all channels.

You'll support our partners by managing brand assets, assisting with creative reviews, and helping teams stay aligned across projects and timelines. Whether coordinating new content, supporting strategic initiatives, or guiding student workers as they capture authentic user-generated content (UGC), you'll be someone others rely on to keep things moving smoothly.

You'll also help maintain our testimonial and video libraries, monitor content calendars, and manage updates in our digital asset management platform. Your eye for detail will ensure accuracy, brand consistency, and easy access for colleagues who rely on this content for campaigns and storytelling.

What You'll Bring



We're looking for someone with experience in marketing, communications, or a related field. You'll enjoy working collaboratively, organizing multiple moving parts, and seeing creative projects through from concept to completion.

You should feel comfortable managing digital content, creating or reviewing marketing materials, and using tools such as Adobe Creative Suite. Experience with UGC, social platforms like TikTok and Instagram, or Meta Business Suite will be especially helpful. Strong writing and editing skills, ideally with AP style familiarity, will support your success in producing clear and engaging materials.
