General Daily responsibilities include but are not limited to are as follows: 1. Supports GM in daily supervision of restaurant operations. 2. Upholds all Standard Operating Procedures and Sequence of Service standards. 3. Assigns server stations, assists in front door operations, and helps to control flow in the dining room. 4. Ensures exceptional guest experience and strives to improve guest satisfaction through meaningful table visits. 5. Responds to guest concerns in a timely and professional manner. 6. Maintains and inspects the dining room for cleanliness, organization, and overall ambience (music, lighting, etc.) 7. Assists FOH staff when necessary, during peak periods. 8. Supports GM in the hiring, training, and retention of employees. 9. Helps to manage profitability in the restaurant by conducting ongoing training with staff on suggestive selling and sales techniques. 10. Assists GM with scheduling, ongoing communication with staff, and maintaining positive employee relations. 11. Works with BOH management to ensure food safety and quality. 12. Promotes and monitors the responsible service of alcohol according to the guidelines set by the Honolulu Liquor Commission. 13. Handles cash, maintains registers, and manages comps and discounts. 14. Correctly performs all duties necessary to open and close the restaurant. 15. Can work morning and evening shifts, weekends, and holidays. 16. Assist with any reasonable task assigned. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $40,000.00 - $48,000.00 per year Benefits:
