Recruit, train and develop the best associates to drive a high performance team that consistently exceed customer expectations
Oversee Inventory management which includes managing relationships with vendors
Maximize store sales with high level of execution of merchandising and marketing programs
Proficiently executes job responsibilities within the following areas: associate orientation, customer orientation and food presentation/concept execution (ie: daily books, completing CGO counts, completing daily checklist, following food concept program guidelines)
Assess store condition and customer service levels and correct issues with limited direction.
Assist in managing controllable cost by being educated on procedures for reducing inventory control, cash control, margin objectives and day-to-day operations expenses
Responsible for ensuring personnel/payroll related administrative duties are completed accurately, on time and in accordance with company policies and procedures
Motivate and engage the store team to execute store goals
Demonstrate an ability to support a positive work environment
Exhibits professionalism in appearance, conduct and judgment

Previous management experience is preferred, not required
