Role: Assistant Manager - Five Guys Goose Creek (Carnes Crossroad)

Pay (not including bonus potential): $45000.00 - $50000.00 per year

As an Assistant Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading and directing daily restaurant operations, contributing to the success and vibrant atmosphere of our establishment.

What You Will Do:

As a key member of our team, you will:

Lead and direct daily restaurant operations in the absence of the General Manager Supervise and train employees Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and hiring of Crew Members Motivate and coach Crew Members Assist in day-to-day operations, including scheduling, ordering, and team development Ensure compliance with safety and security policies Maintain fast, accurate service and an excellent customer experience Perform various tasks including runner/frontline coordinator, order taker/dining room attendant, grill operator, sandwich maker, fry station, drinks, and cashier Complete other duties as necessary

What You Bring to the Table:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills Basic math, computer, and internet skills Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills The ability to be flexible and adapt in any situation Able to stand for long periods on hard surfaces, occasionally in warm temperatures Able to lift supplies and materials High School diploma or equivalent is required 1-2 years of supervisory experience in a food service or retail environment is preferred Proven track record of leadership or managerial skills is preferred
