, part of a growing multi-store automotive group, is seeking an experienced

Dealership Controller

to join our leadership team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with

CDK DMS

, a proven track record managing accounting operations at the dealership level, and the ability to oversee

multiple rooftops

if needed.

Responsibilities:

Oversee all accounting functions including A/R, A/P, payroll, financial statements, and general ledger. Prepare monthly financial statements and ensure timely submission to ownership and OEM. Manage daily cash flow, floorplan reconciliation, and internal controls. Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations. Supervise and develop the accounting office team. Coordinate with GMs, department heads, and ownership to support operational goals. Handle multi-store consolidations and reporting when required.

Qualifications:

Minimum

3+ years of dealership controller or office manager experience

. Proficiency with

CDK (mandatory)

and strong Excel/analytical skills. Knowledge of GAAP and automotive accounting best practices. High attention to detail, organization, and accuracy. Ability to handle confidential information with integrity. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume dealership environment. Experience managing multiple rooftops preferred.
