Oversee daily store operations, ensuring smooth functioning and excellent customer service
Manage and motivate team members, fostering a positive work environment
Run shifts efficiently, making real-time decisions to optimize performance
Handle cash management and financial transactions accurately
Interact with customers, addressing concerns and enhancing their experience
Assist in training and developing team members
Maintain store cleanliness and organization
Collaborate with the management team to implement strategies for improving store performance
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Contribute to creating a safe work environment for all team members
Qualifications
Proven experience in retail or food service management, including running shifts and store operations
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate team members
Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, positive attitude
Proficiency in cash handling and basic math skills
Problem-solving abilities and decisiveness in a fast-paced environment
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic work setting
Physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
Proficiency in relevant computer systems and point-of-sale software (preferred)
