Join our dynamic team as an Assistant Manager at our Saint Ann, United States location! We're looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented leader to help drive our business forward and ensure exceptional customer experiences.
Lead and motivate a team of employees, fostering a positive and productive work environment
Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to company policies and procedures
Manage inventory, cost control, and quality assurance processes
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally
Assist in training and developing team members to meet performance goals
Collaborate with upper management to implement strategies for improving store performance
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Analyze sales data and make data-driven decisions to optimize store operations
Support marketing initiatives and promotional activities to drive sales
Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations
Qualifications
Proven leadership experience in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills
Customer service-oriented with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences
Proficiency in basic computer skills and point-of-sale systems
Valid driver's license with at least 2 years of driving experience if under {AGE}, or 1 year if {AGE} or older
Clean driving record and ability to pass a criminal background check
Reliable transportation with proof of auto insurance
Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively
Basic math skills for inventory management and cost control
Ability to work well under pressure and handle challenging situations professionally
High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
Previous experience in retail or food service management (preferred)
