Key Responsibilities:
Assist the General Manager in overseeing day-to-day operations
Lead, train, and mentor front-of-house and mid-level management staff
Manage staffing, scheduling, and operational compliance
Oversee inventory, labor costs, and financial performance
Ensure top-tier guest service and handle feedback with care
Support special events, menu roll-outs, and growth initiatives
Qualifications:
4-8+ years in full-service, upscale restaurant management
Strong leadership skills with proven ability to develop and manage teams
Hands-on operational experience and familiarity with P&L management
Excellent guest service and interpersonal skills
Degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field preferred but not required
Based in or willing to relocate to Atlanta

Pay: $55,464.95 - $66,796.50 per year
