We are looking for a talented and passionate Assistant General Manager to help lead our team in our Somerville location. If you enjoy hospitality, high volume and working with others, then this would be the perfect restaurant opportunity for you.

Tony C's Sports Bar & Grill is a sports-themed restaurant that combines a fresh, house made menu of American comfort food and the highest quality HD audiovisual system available. Classic and specialty cocktails, an extensive beer list and American wines served by a welcoming team complete the experience. Qualifications for Asst. General Manager:

-Ability to motivate and lead a team

-Self-motivated and detail oriented

-Treats co-workers with respect and is open to new ideas

-Flexible schedule, nights, weekends, and holidays

-Comprehensive understanding of operations, including inventories, ordering, schedules, costs, and labor

-Passion for fresh ingredients and a scratch kitchen

-A drive to both learn and teach everyday

-Excel in a fast paced, high volume work environment

-Actively engage with team members to drive their success and cultivate a strong team environment

-Our Managers are hands-on, and lead by example
