Responsibilities include:

Leading and coaching staff Delivering excellent customer service Opening/closing the store Maintaining service standards Managing inventory, cash control, and bank deposits in the GM's absence

Requirements:

Requirements:

Preferred Automotive experience 1+ year of retail or hospitality management experience Valid Driver's License Age 18+ High School diploma or equivalent Fluent in English (spoken and written) Ability to complete computer-based training Reliable attendance and punctuality

Physical Requirements:

Standing, walking, climbing, kneeling, and crawling Lifting up to 25 lbs Clear communication with customers and team
