Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team to deliver exceptional customer service Ensure the restaurant operates efficiently and meets all quality and cleanliness standards Oversee inventory management, including ordering and receiving supplies Implement and enforce company policies and procedures Train and develop team members to achieve their full potential Drive sales and maximize profitability Serve our World-Famous Menu while providing outstanding customer service.

Requirements:

Previous experience in restaurant management is preferred Excellent leadership and communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities Flexibility to work 10-hour shifts and overtime as needed
