Responsibilities:
- Assist the General Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the establishment
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure guest satisfaction
- Supervise and train staff members, including bartenders, servers, and other team members
- Assist in managing inventory, ordering supplies, and maintaining stock levels
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure efficient food production and quality control
- Coordinate and oversee banquet and catering events
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Experience:
- Previous experience in a similar role as an Assistant General Manager or Assistant Manager in the hospitality industry, preferably in a hotel or restaurant setting
- Strong knowledge of bartending, coffee preparation, banquet operations, catering services, and food production
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously
- Proficient in using computer systems for inventory management, scheduling, and other administrative tasks
