Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Program Supervisor to lead our team in providing exceptional support and services to individuals with developmental disabilities. The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in social work, program management, and relationship management. This role is crucial in ensuring the effective delivery of programs while fostering a positive and inclusive environment for both staff and clients.

Duties

Oversee the daily operations of programs designed for individuals with developmental disabilities, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Develop, implement, and evaluate program initiatives that promote the growth and well-being of participants. Supervise staff members, providing guidance, support, and training to enhance their skills in working with individuals with behavioral health needs. Manage relationships with stakeholders, including families, community partners, and funding agencies to ensure collaborative service delivery. Conduct regular assessments of program effectiveness and make necessary adjustments to improve outcomes. Maintain accurate administrative records related to program activities, budgets, and participant progress. Facilitate team meetings to encourage open communication and address any challenges faced by staff or participants.

Requirements

Proven experience in supervising staff within a social services or behavioral health setting. Strong knowledge of program development and management principles. Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is highly desirable. Excellent relationship management skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse populations. Proficient in administrative tasks including budgeting, reporting, and compliance documentation. Strong problem-solving abilities and a commitment to fostering a supportive environment for both clients and staff.
