Responsibilities:

Oversee nursing care for

40-bed

unit, ensuring compliance with facility policies and state and federal regulations. Provide leadership and support to the nursing team, fostering a culture of excellence and compassion. Participate in budget planning and management for nursing services. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality resident care. Supervise the development and implementation of individualized resident care plans. Monitor and evaluate nursing care outcomes, ensuring the highest standards are met. Assist with hiring, onboarding, and training nursing staff to maintain a highly skilled team.

Qualifications:

Registered Nurse (RN) license required. Proven experience in nursing leadership, preferably as an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON). Strong knowledge of nursing policies, procedures, and compliance regulations. Exceptional leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. Ability to inspire, mentor, and motivate a dedicated nursing staff.
