A leading Hospital system in New York City is looking for an Assistant Director of Hospital Quality to join their hospital leadership team.

The Assistant Director of Hospital Quality will manage all aspects of quality operations within the Quality Regulatory Affairs Department. They will use problem solving skills to improve processes and outcomes, train QRA staff, and develop/review policies to ensure all operations meet regulatory standards. The Assistant Director of Hospital Quality will regularly collaborate with medical staff, hospital leadership, and outside agents to provide cost-effective, safe healthcare delivery.

The ideal Assistant Director of Hospital Quality candidate will have a Masters Degree and years of quality leadership experience in a hospital environment. Lean or Six Sigma experience is preferred but not required.
