Job Summary

NewKota Services and Rentals is looking for an experience accounting professional to join our Minot, ND team. The ideal candidate will have 5 years of increasing experience in accounting and be familiar with standard accounts receivable, Sales and Use tax monthly preparation, credit card / expense accounts, asset management, audits, and month-end processes. This position offers room for growth with additional responsibilities.

Salary- Starting at

$65,000.00

and increasing with experience, bonus structure inclusion as avaiable.

Responsibilities & Duties

Manage accounts receivable Monthly sales and use tax preparation Manage company credit card accounts Assist with fixed asset management Month-end accounting procedures Internal audit procedures as assigned Other duties as assigned

Qualifications & Skills

Five years' of increasing responsibility in previous accounting positions Detail-oriented Organization skills Self-starter QuickBooks experience preferred Previous experience with oil and gas operations preferred
