What You'll Do:

Support the Controller in all aspects of dealership accounting operations Oversee daily accounting functions, including AR/AP, general ledger, and schedules Assist in month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting Identify process improvements to streamline efficiency and accuracy Partner with department managers to ensure financial goals are met Step up and lead when needed -- this role is a key player in our accounting department's success

What We're Looking For:

2+ years of automotive accounting experience (Senior Accountant level) Strong analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail Proven ability to handle multiple priorities under pressure Proficiency in CDK, Reynolds, or similar DMS systems A proactive problem-solver who thrives in a fast-moving, team-oriented environment

Requirements:

Excellent leadership, team management, and organizational abilities Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach Valid driver's license Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen for illegal substances * Authorized to work in the United States
