The Opportunity

We're seeking a motivated

Assistant Construction Manager

who's ready to take the next step in their construction career. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience managing all phases of commercial and residential projects while working closely with senior leadership, project managers, and field teams.

Key Responsibilities

Support Project Managers and Superintendents in daily operations Assist with

RFIs, submittals, and documentation

Coordinate

subcontractors, suppliers, and schedules

to ensure project success Maintain

jobsite safety, quality control, and compliance

with local regulations Participate in site meetings, inspections, and client coordination Utilize

Procore, Bluebeam, and MS Project

to track progress, costs, and communication

What You Bring

Bachelor's degree in

Construction Management, Engineering

, or a related field (preferred)

2-3+ years of experience

in construction management or field operations Excellent

communication, organization, and problem-solving

skills Strong

team mentality

and eagerness to learn and grow Familiarity with

Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office

A long-term goal to grow into a

Project Manager

role

Compensation & Benefits

Competitive salary:

$80,000 - $90,000 (DOE)
