As an Assistant Branch Manager you are responsible for aiding in the operations and success of a Consumer Loan office. You will support the Branch Manager in all aspects, from creating and implementing strategy for branch growth to Collections, Loan Processing and Tax Services.   • Provide excellent customer service to our customers in person and over the phone
  • Receive and post payments
  • Maintain and balance cash drawer daily
  • Perform collections calls on delinquent accounts with dignity and respect to our customers and build solutions
  • Make daily bank deposits
  • Maintain compliance with policies and procedures
  • Work closely with other team members and Manager to obtain branch goals
  • Handle confidential information while extending credit to individuals
  • Interact with customers in a positive, energetic, and respectful manner
  • Promote all products including Tax Preparation.
  • Network within the community to find and attract new business
  • Help plan and develop branch growth with B2B marketing
