to join our front of house leadership team. This role supports the Bar Manager and works closely with the service staff to ensure smooth, high-quality beverage service during dinner and event hours.
Responsibilities:
Assist in daily bar operations and ensure consistent, excellent service
Support and coach bartenders and servers throughout the shift
Help manage bar inventory, ordering, and organization
Maintain cleanliness, safety, and presentation standards behind the bar
Check out servers and bartenders at the end of shifts
Lead by example with guest engagement, professionalism, and attention to detail
Step into a leadership role when the Bar Manager is off duty
Requirements:
Previous bartending or bar management experience required
Strong leadership, communication, and organization skills
Positive, team-oriented attitude with a focus on guest satisfaction
Availability for
at least three evening shifts per week
, including weekends
Knowledge of wine, cocktails, and spirits preferred
