Shift and Hours: Full-time day shift position, core hours are 6:00 am - 2:30 pm, Monday - Friday. Position Responsibilities: The assembler positions, produces, and fastens parts in specified relationship to each other per the manufacturing schedule. Produces work that conforms to customer specifications and customer standards understanding the importance of doing it right the first time before passing it on. Refers to blueprints, technical drawings, and other written directions in the assembly process. Maintains a clean and safe work environment, maintains and wears all required personal protective safety equipment. Works at different assembly stations as manufacturing needs require. Able to promptly produce quality work that satisfies customer requirements. Essential Job Functions: Have the ability to work scheduled hours including overtime when needed. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand. The employee frequently is required to use hands to fingers in handling, grasping, or feeling objects, tools, or controls for an extended period of time. The employee must be able to occasionally work above the shoulder height and frequently have neck flexion and extension. The employee is occasionally required to walk and sit and frequently required to see, talk, and hear. The employee must occasionally lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.
