HIRING IMMEDIATELY-POSITIONS THROUGHOUT A MAJOR PRODUCTION PLANT IN LAWTON OKLAHOMA. JOB LOCATED IN A MAJOR PRODUCTION PLANT IN LAWTON OKLAHOMA. Must have daily reliable transportation to work. No excuses for transportation issues. Mask required for interview. Jobs start at $12/hour. Robinson Innovations is hiring for multiple General Production Labor positions throughout the major manufacturing tire plant. We are looking for amazing and motivated employees to join our team! We offer biweekly pay, Health Insurance, and guaranteed FULL-TIME pay working only 14 days per month. Requirements:
Must have face covering for the interview and for Orientation class. Application Question(s):
- Must submit to and pass a Federal Background Check and Drug Test.
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts(days and nights).7 am-7 pm and 7 pm-7 am. Including some weekends.
- Must have reliable daily transportation to the Plant in Lawton OK. (NO tolerance for transportation excuses.)
- The candidate must be able to stand/walk 90% of the workday. Walking/standing on concrete throughout 12 hr. shift.
- Set high goals and accept responsibility.
- Reliable, respectful, and able to deliver results and meet production demands.
- Able to perform physical work in a plant environment (not climate controlled). All positions require constant standing, walking, bending, twisting, and reaching.
- Read and understand English.
- Ability to meet production workflow with quality assurance, safety-minded, and attention to detail.
- Abide by and follow all OSHA rules and regulations.
- Ability to perform repetitive work and work in a FAST-Paced environment.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. Frequently!
- GOOD ATTENDANCE A MUST in order to meet production needs.
- Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is required. (Must have Steel Toe shoes and face-covering by the first day.)
