Job Description

Responsibilities:

- Provide armed security services to protect clients, personnel, and property

- Monitor and operate CCTV systems to ensure the safety and security of the premises

- Conduct regular patrols to detect and deter unauthorized activities

- Respond to alarms and emergency situations in a timely manner

- Maintain accurate incident reports and documentation

- Implement loss prevention measures to minimize theft and damage

- Utilize conflict management skills to de-escalate potentially dangerous situations

- Provide first aid and CPR as needed

- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when required

- Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

- Must possess a valid armed guard certificate or license

- Previous experience in law enforcement, military, or security preferred

- Strong surveillance skills with the ability to identify potential threats or suspicious activities

- Knowledge of emergency response procedures and protocols

- Proficient in conflict management techniques

- Familiarity with CCTV systems and other security equipment

- Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
