Monday: 11:30pm-6:00am

Friday: 11:30pm-6:00am

Saturday: 11:30pm-6:00am

Sunday: 11:30pm-6:00am

BlackStone Security Group is looking for an Armed Mobile Officer that conducts vehicle and foot mobile patrols at the client patrols on behalf of the company. This role is ideal for individuals committed to vehicle patrols, foot-mobile patrols, engaging in the community, partnering with police.

This position requires all hired personnel to maintain a high-visibility presence in order to prevent any illegal or inappropriate actions; guard qualities include, but are not limited to, professionalism, hypervigilance, developed discernment and discretion.

Key Responsibilities:

Safety and Protection of staff:

Conduct hourly patrols (walking stairs and hidden areas) to deter unauthorized access and ensure the security of entrances, parking areas, and common spaces.

Enforce Rules and Regulations:

Ensuring all rules are enforced and violations are documented and reported.

Access Control:

Manage entry and exit points, verifying credentials to prevent unauthorized entries.

Incident Reporting:

Investigate and document incidents, accidents, and unusual activities in detailed reports.

Emergency Response:

Respond swiftly to emergencies, assisting in evacuation procedures and coordinating with emergency services as needed.

Required Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent. Valid driver's license. Ability to pass a background check and drug screening. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. At-least 2 years experience in security At-least 2 years experience in customer service

Preferred Qualifications:

Possession of NC Armed Security Guard Registration (PPSB). At-least 3 years experience in security At-least 3 years experience in customer service

Skills:

Strong observation and attention to detail. Ability to think critically and respond effectively in emergency situations. Proficiency in using security equipment and surveillance systems. Commitment to maintaining a safe and secure environment for all residents and staff.
