An exciting, well-established, and growing franchisee of a national pizza delivery quick service chain is seeking a proven and exceptional Area Coach. As our Area Coach, you will be a $6-7.5 million dollar operator while cultivating a team of Operating Partners who are motivated to exceed team and customer expectations. This opportunity enables you to impact the lives and long-term development of over 75 team members and leaders and thousands of pizza lovers. Our team believes that coaching is a truly collaborative process and a philosophy that all levels of the organization play a role in team member coaching. The Area Coach will play a fundamental role in bridging the gap between Operations, Human Resources and Store Services to enforce and evolve our training/development strategy. This role will report to the Director of Operations. RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Grow a portfolio of successful businesses: develop area-level strategies to achieve each store\xe2\x80\x99s financial, operational and customer-service goals, while addressing each store\xe2\x80\x99s unique strengths and challenges.
  • Lead a team of Leaders: Motivate, coach and strengthen Operating Partners as team leaders, million-dollar operators and effective PEOPLE at ALTITUDE!
  • Serve as a champion: provide expertise on key service and customer issues, team staffing and management, store operations and company policies and procedures.
  • Hands-on support \xe2\x80\x93 provide operational work as necessary to train new store leaders, respond to immediate or severe customer service needs or otherwise role model appropriate skills and behaviors
REQUIREMENTS:
  • 3+ years of retail experience managing 2 or more stores, departments or units, P&L, inventory, operations and customer service
  • 3+ years of leadership experience leading and developing a team of 6 or more, including training, coaching and accountability, with strong leadership and communication skills
  • Experience in a multi-unit environment, knowledge of retail or restaurant industry operations and financial reporting
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Minimum High School or GED. Note: a college degree in business or a related field, or 4+ years in US Military Service may substitute for a portion of the required experience
