The Tradesmen Group, LLC (TTG), a nationally recognized and 100% employee-owned restoration contractor, is seeking a skilled and organized

Production Supervisor

to lead fabrication and logistics operations at our Florida facility. This location supports both regional and national restoration projects through equipment maintenance, material handling, and production coordination.

TTG specializes in restoring historically significant buildings and operates from multiple locations including Washington, D.C., Tennessee, and Georgia. Our team self-performs a wide range of trades including masonry, roofing, architectural metals, carpentry, and painting.

Primary Responsibilities:

Ensure safety and cleanliness across warehouse, shop, and yard areas Oversee fabrication processes, CNC operations, and equipment maintenance Manage inventory, tools, and materials, including proper storage and disposal Coordinate logistics for project mobilization and demobilization Supervise small crews, assign tasks, and monitor production schedules Train new team members and support quality control initiatives Assist with asset tracking and basic purchasing activities
Required Qualifications:

Experience supervising crews and managing small-scale production projects Strong mechanical skills and ability to perform basic repairs Multi-trade experience (e.g., carpentry, welding, sheet metal, painting) Familiarity with restoration and construction workflows Ability to design custom fixtures and tooling Proficiency with CAD software and basic computer tasks Experience operating CNC machinery Strong communication and organizational skills
