Production Supervisor - Fabrication & Logistics Operations


Location: Florida



The Tradesmen Group LLC (TTG) is seeking a skilled and highly organized

Production Supervisor

to lead operations on various job sites. This facility serves as a central hub for fabrication, equipment repair, and logistics supporting both local and out-of-town restoration projects. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership abilities, technical expertise, and experience managing small crews and multi-trade production environments.

TTG is a 100% employee-owned, nationally recognized construction firm specializing in the restoration and rehabilitation of historically significant buildings. With offices and yards serving Washington, D.C., Nashville/Chattanooga, TN, and Savannah, GA, TTG self-performs a wide range of trades including masonry restoration, roofing, architectural metals, carpentry, and painting.

Key Responsibilities:



Ensure a safe and efficient environment for all warehouse and shop activities Lead organization and maintenance of the warehouse, fabrication shop, and storage yard Inspect, service, and manage tools and equipment, including decommissioning when necessary Coordinate load-outs and demobilization efforts for projects Track, store, and manage usable materials; safely dispose of unusable items Assist with asset tracking and inventory management Oversee production operations including fabrication, equipment repair, and CNC processes Manage small crews, assign tasks, and monitor production schedules Train and mentor new team members Support quality control plans and execution across production activities

Required Skills & Qualifications:



Experience managing small to mid-size projects and crews Strong organizational and leadership skills Mechanically inclined with basic repair and tooling experience Multi-trade knowledge including carpentry, welding, architectural sheet metal, and painting Familiarity with construction and restoration processes Ability to design fixtures and tooling Basic material ordering and equipment coordination Proficiency in basic computer tasks and CAD software Experience operating CNC equipment Strong communication and research skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
