InSite Builders & Remodeling was started by Stephen Gordon in 1996 with not much more than a desk under the basement stairs and a one-page business plan. Now, over two decades later, his "desk under the stairs" company has grown into one of the most respected remodeling companies in Maryland.

Responsibilities:

Selling design and construction agreements

Managing clients from start to finish, including but not limited to - as-built drawings, schematic plans, selections, estimating, and construction drawings

Ensuring that a project is handed off to the production department without issue

Managing client approval sign-off process on all allowance overages and credits as requested by project manager

Remaining accessible to production team during construction process for questions/problem solving/client management if/as necessary

Qualifications

Licensed Architect

3-5 years of residential design experience

Excellent organizational and communication skills

Solid understanding of technology

Excellent CAD skills

Ability to understand and follow a process

Excellent customer service skills

Sales experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
