We are the regions premier home remodeling company and we are rapidly expanding. We are on pace to be one of the top remodeling companies in the state within 3 years and need you to get us to our goal!

Our project managers are responsible for 3-4 ongoing residential remodel jobs at a time. You will have 3-4 team leaders that will report directly to the PM's. They are responsible for:

Ensuring material is ordered/on site Ensuring all code and standards are being met Ensuring timeliness of jobs and completion within a stated amount of time Manage staffing on jobs Effective time management of jobs and budget
This candidate must have vast knowledge of residential remodel jobs. Jobs will include outdoor living areas, bathrooms, kitchens, additions and other interior remodeling jobs.

Must Haves?

Self Starter Great Personality Clean worker Excellent manger Knowledge of IRC Code Available 40-50 hours per week. Clean and Presentable appearance

TEAM LEADER POSITIONS ALSO AVAILABLE!

Our way makes it easier on you! You will be responsible for the day to day management of the ongoing jobs. The employees at the jobs will be responsible for 80% of the work. The project manager will be responsible to step in during emergencies and call offs. The jobs will mainly be in the Teays Valley to Charleston area.
