In 1988, Arkinetics was formed, combining architecture and kinetics to create architecture in motion. From hotels to retail, dining to office, we handle projects through the planning, design, and construction process. Arkinetics is a creative and technically proficient team of Registered Architects, Interior Designers, AutoCAD/Revit Technicians, Interns and Administrative Professionals. • Convert design and detailed sketches from architects into working documents using CAD Release 2018 and Revit 2018 software.
• Gain daily exposure to the various aspects of project design and delivery.
• Focus on multiple project types.
• Work in a goal-oriented environment.
• Create and coordinate presentation drawings / renderings.
• Fulfill your goals in a learning environment.

What you\xe2\x80\x99ll need:

• Three - five years of experience within an architectural firm.
• Pride of ownership and accountability of your work.
• Strong awareness to project schedules and budgets.
• Internal drive for accomplishment.
• Critical eye for detail.
• Effective management skills and ability to be interactive at all levels of the company.
• Team-oriented attitude.
• Minimum Associates Degree in Architecture or related.
• Professional presentation and communication.
• Ability to successfully represent the company in a positive way.
• Advanced computer skills \xe2\x80\x93 Microsoft, Adobe, AutoCAD and Revit.
• High integrity and core values.
• Desire to learn and grow professionally and personally.

Job Type: Full-time Pay: $21.00 - $29.00 per hour Benefits:
