Job Description

Arbitration Specialist High-volume subrogation law firm is seeking Arbitration Specialist with 2+ years of relevant experience to join the arbitration department of our fast-paced and rapidly expanding practice. We are looking for independent workers with excellent communication skills, sharp analytical reasoning and critical thinking ability. Primary Responsibilities: - Reviewing, preparing, drafting and filing subrogation claims through Intercompany Arbitration Forums, Inc. - Timely filing and drafting of arbitration contentions, responses, and amendments to successfully advocate for clients - Reviewing claim documents to compile best evidence for arbitration filings - Familiarity with insurance coverage and relevant state insurance laws/statutes - Handling calls with insurance companies, Arbitration Forums, and client contacts - Monitoring Arbitration Forums hearing and decision notices to ensure accuracy - Additional duties, as assigned Required Qualifications: - Thorough understanding of rules and guidelines for all Arbitration Forums, Inc. programs - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills - Ability to prioritize and multitask - Knowledge of the process and principles of insurance and basic subrogation concepts - Automobile claims background strongly preferred, with experience in liability assessment and negotiation - High school diploma or equivalent Job Type: Full-time Benefits:
