This paid apprenticeship offers hands-on experience working with a variety of breeds and temperaments, all while supporting our mission to promote well-behaved, happy dogs and satisfied pet owners. Whether you're new to animal handling or have some veterinary or kennel experience, this role is designed to help you grow into a confident and skilled professional in the pet industry.

Responsibilities

Assist senior trainers in implementing training programs tailored to individual dogs' needs, focusing on obedience, socialization, and behavioral correction. Support the safe handling and restraint of dogs during training sessions, ensuring their comfort and safety at all times. Help maintain a clean and organized training environment. Engage with pet owners by providing updates on their dogs' progress and offering guidance on at-home training techniques, and performing lessons.

Qualifications
