Responsibilities:
Outbound calling, contacting businesses, and setting appointments
Processing potential leads
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Outstanding customer service skills
Excellent organization with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently
Must be able to process up to 150 calls per day and document in CRM software
Ideal Candidate Qualifications:
Must be self-organized and attentive to details.
Must be able to commute to the office location, this is not a remote opportunity
Some knowledge of the property and casualty insurance industry
