Summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic Appointment Setter to join our team at Satori Academy. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients and generating interest in our programs for both our kids and adult programs. Your efforts will directly contribute to our mission of promoting martial arts education and expanding our community.

Responsibilities

Reach out to new prospects via calls/text/email to generate interest in martial arts programs. Utilize effective communication skills to engage prospects and schedule appointments to come in for a trial class. Provide information about the benefits of martial arts training and answer any questions. Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for increasing enrollment. Maintain accurate records of calls and appointments in the CRM system. Continuously seek feedback to improve outreach strategies.

Qualifications

Warm and engaging on the phone. Thick skin. You don't care if someone who just inquired about our program tells you they're not interested or hangs up on you. (It happens, shake it off!) Proven experience in customer service or sales roles, preferably in a similar industry. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences. Experience with warm calling or outbound calling techniques is essential. Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team environment. Basic understanding of technology sales concepts is beneficial but not mandatory. A passion for martial arts, fitness, children and personal development is highly desirable.

Hybrid Work Location

After training and hitting performance objectives, we can provide office space in Hazlet NJ or would consider a work from home scenario for the right candidate.
