Responsibilities

Conduct outbound and inbound calls using our CRM system to engage customers through warm calling and follow-up Schedule and confirm appointments for the sales and service departments Qualify customer needs and route them to the appropriate department or team member Provide exceptional customer support by answering questions and resolving concerns promptly Follow up on internet leads, marketing campaigns, and missed appointments Accurately log interactions, notes, and appointment details in the CRM Collaborate with sales, service, and management teams to support daily operations Maintain a friendly, professional tone that reflects the Flint Hills CDJR brand
Requirements

Experience in customer service, call center, appointment setting, inside sales, or telemarketing preferred Strong phone communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable using CRM software, email, and basic computer systems Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude with a team-first mindset Automotive experience is
