Crescent City LEDs is a fast-growing permanent architectural lighting company serving homeowners across Southeast Louisiana. We specialize in high-quality, professionally installed permanent LED lighting for homes and businesses.

Position Overview

We are hiring Appointment Generators to help fuel our growth. This role focuses on generating qualified homeowner appointments for our lighting specialists--no selling, no closing, and no installation work required.

This is an excellent opportunity for motivated individuals looking to develop communication skills, gain real-world experience, and earn performance-based income.

Responsibilities

Canvass assigned neighborhoods (door-to-door or targeted outreach) Introduce homeowners to Crescent City LEDs in a professional, friendly manner Generate and schedule qualified in-home consultations Accurately log appointments and homeowner information Represent the brand with professionalism and energy

What We're Looking For

Strong communication and people skills Comfortable speaking with homeowners face-to-face Self-motivated, reliable, and goal-oriented Coachable and open to feedback Sales or canvassing experience is a plus (not required)
