Citibank, N.A. seeks an Applications Development Group Manager for its Rutherford, New Jersey location. Duties: Lead enterprise software development and build analytical platforms leveraging modern distributed technologies including Spark, Hadoop, Sqoop, Cloudera, and Hbase for Risk management function. Design and architect software applications using Java Design Patterns, modern Algorithms, and building Proof of Concepts by following Information Security Guidelines. Develop software applications using Java, J2EE & Spring, Spark, Hadoop, Oracle, Big Data, Python & Tensorflow. Responsible for program management including creating project plans and managing releases. Participate actively in the requirement gathering, requirement analysis, risk analysis, implementation and deployment of software applications to enable risk management team to identify and manage emerging risks more effectively. Create infrastructure to store large volume of data using cloudera bigdata ecosystems and build distributed analytics jobs to compute key risk indicators regularly. Develop and implement machine learning models using various frameworks like Spacy, tensorflow and Keras and Python to help risk identification. Create and manage project plans using tools such as JIRA and MSproject. Requirements: Requires at least a Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Applications or related field and 8 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience as a Manager, Solution Architect, Senior Associate, or related position involving building software applications. 8 years of experience must include: Java; J2EE & Spring; Spark, Hadoop, & Oracle; Big Data, Python, & Tensorflow; Cloud Architecture; and Program Management.
