About our Annual Giving Coordinator

Provides support and coordination of annual giving activities across the department with a focus on annual giving programs and engagement. Support administrative activities related to (special) campaigns.

What you will be doing!

Coordinate with development communications team to create email lists and deliver mass digital communications in support of digital fundraising campaigns, stewardship, and events. Update and maintain digital fundraising pages and ensure compliance. Support annual giving programs such as peer-to-peer fundraising, health center giving, matched giving, and recurring giving. Coordinate telephone fundraising and thank you calls including collaboration with volunteers, board, and staff for solicitation, stewardship, event invites, discovery, and qualification. Coordinate workplace giving programs. Coordinate the creation and updating of evergreen stewardship and donor acknowledgement materials. Ensure ongoing donor engagement including direct donor communication and excellent customer service through email and over the phone. Maintain and update records in Raiser's Edge NXT as appropriate. Provide general administrative support to the Annual Giving and team as needed. Support annual giving reporting, including tracking program metrics and providing context for qualitative summaries. Support identification of donors for moves management in collaboration with the AG gift officer/ prospect research

Education:



Associates degree or better preferred



Experience:



Minimum of two years of directly related progressively responsible fundraising support experience. Project management experience preferred. Development and donor relations experience preferred. External relationship management and or donor program coordination preferred. Experience with development software such as Raiser's Edge preferred.

Salary Range:



PPGNHAIK's compensation Philosophy is based in equity and transparency. Starting offers are determined by both the candidate's directly applicable experience and internal equity within the paygrade. The pay range for this position is $26.65 - $44.42 Hourly
