Job Description

Edwards Lifesciences is looking for an Analyst to join our Draper Quality team supporting the Draper, Utah site. They will be responsible for running reports, preparing PowerPoint presentations, and interacting with members of the quality team across the entire organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate quality system reports and review for accuracy
• Provide help desk support to users, e.g., CAPA, including troubleshooting system issues, (e.g., system access, systems response) before escalating to IT if needed
• Participate in the implementation of business process improvement solutions for Quality systems
• Assess the impact of quality systems information (e.g., Enterprise Change Requests (ECRs), CAPA) and provide feedback to originators
• Participate on cross-functional teams for quality system projects
• Recommend changes to documentation associated with Quality Systems
• Participate on audit teams by responding and gathering data to address audit requests
• Other duties as assigned by leadership.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor\'s Degree in a related field with 3 years of previous related experience Required
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Strong attention to detail and organization

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in analytics and reporting solutions to internal and external stakeholders
• Experience working in a manufacturing environment
• Experience working in a regulated industry
• Experience using Alteryx and/or Power BI
• Experience making reports and presentations

Additional Skills:

• Experience interfacing and influencing stakeholders in complex organizations with multiple business units and global cross-functional groups including the ability to gain resolutions and build consensus with key stakeholders in challenging situations
• Proven successful project management skills
• Proven expertise in Microsoft Office Suite including Advanced Excel, Global Supply Chain, and relational databases systems required
• Ability to develop compliance processes and procedures
• Excellent documentation skills, communication skills and interpersonal relationship skills including negotiating and relationship management skills with ability to drive achievement of objectives
• Understanding of quantitative methodologies, techniques and tools to develop best in class analytic solutions
• Strict attention to detail
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast paced environment
• Interacts with team members and peer managers, normally involving matters between cross-functional teams and the company; often leads a cooperative effort among members of a project team
• Adhere to all company rules and requirements (e.g., quality systems procedures)
