Corporate Analyst Program Fiserv\xe2\x80\x99s Corporate Analyst Program is an early career development program where candidates experience two structured assignments within one specific track over a 2 - 2.5 year time period. Each assignment builds upon the other and together will provide a breadth of experience within Financial Tech and unique to you! We are looking for university graduates with drive, and an evolving target for their careers. Training curriculum, mentoring, on the job learning, and exposure to senior leadership will be offered during the program, with the opportunity to advance within the firm upon successful completion. Fiserv Analyst rotations will have two start dates: January 23, 2023 and June 26, 2023. You must possess unrestricted work authorization and not require future sponsorship. What you will do:
Hardware Solutions is the terminal distribution arm of Fiserv. The team is responsible for providing solutions to our clients to allow them to connect their business back to Fiserv to process payments. We are more than a traditional \'pick, pack, & ship\' business as we have a certified repair center in house along with injecting debit keys in terminals in our secure cage and much more. As part of the Performance Management team, you\'ll evaluate and operationalize projects for our business unit covering cost avoidance, capital expenses and operational efficiency alongside the creation of and reporting on operational metrics for our 3 sites in North America. To be successful, a candidate needs to be a strong problem solver and have the ability to evaluate projects for ROI. We work mainly in PowerBI via SQL query\'s and candidate should have a strong project management background.
What you need to have:

• Recent graduates of a bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree program
• GPA 3.0+ preferred
• Demonstrated ability to cultivate relationships and work collaboratively and cross functionally with all levels of staff and leaders
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment and flexible to changing priorities
• Ability to effectively manage and prioritize tasks

What would be great to have:

• Knowledge and/or experience in SQL, PowerBi, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Office, Outlook, SharePoint, Teams
