Corporate Analyst Program Fiserv\xe2\x80\x99s Corporate Analyst Program is an early career development program where candidates experience two structured assignments within one specific track over a 2 - 2.5 year time period. Each assignment builds upon the other and together will provide a breadth of experience within Financial Tech and unique to you! We are looking for university graduates with drive, and an evolving target for their careers. Training curriculum, mentoring, on the job learning, and exposure to senior leadership will be offered during the program, with the opportunity to advance within the firm upon successful completion. Fiserv Analyst rotations will have two start dates: January 23, 2023 and June 26, 2023. You must possess unrestricted work authorization and not require future sponsorship. What you will do: This position will start in Client Management where the candidate will get a high level overview of how we interact with all areas within Fiserv Hardware Solutions & Deployment. An analyst in this role will help lead projects, identify gaps in processes, review data for opportunities for lost revenue, expense saves, process improvements, document process, and create Visio process maps. What you need to have:

• Recent graduates of a bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree program
• GPA 3.0+ preferred
• Demonstrated ability to cultivate relationships and work collaboratively and cross functionally with all levels of staff and leaders
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment and flexible to changing priorities
• Ability to effectively manage and prioritize tasks

What would be great to have:

• Knowledge and/or experience with PowerBi, Visio, Mainframe, Adobe Suite (Illustrator), SQL, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Office, SharePoint, Teams, Outlook
• Ability to lead projects, conduct Visio mapping, process documentations, and identify opportunities for process improvements
• Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills
