Your Success Profile

What You Will Work On

  • Execute day-to-day operations as part of Justworks Benefits Programs
  • Work with third party partners to resolve escalated issues
  • Identify pain points in benefit operations and work with our Product and Engineering teams to improve systems and resolve issues
  • Gather and analyze customer benefits data and other sensitive information, utilizing SQL, Excel, and proprietary systems
  • Coordinate system implementation of new benefits with Product teams
  • Maintain and execute regular filing and/or any additional regulatory duties
  • Support or lead new hire training of analysts
  • Create and maintain standard operating procedures and policies to conduct recurring financial and operational audits
  • Create policies surrounding plan servicing guidelines in conjunction with team leads
  • Conduct recurring reconciliations and audits of financial areas of risk including but not limited to contributions, ACH transactions, and partner invoices
  • Conduct recurring reconciliations and audits of operational areas of risk including but not limited to 401(k) plans, amendments, loans, and distributions
  • Identify and lead projects that will significantly impact and improve the operations and/or workflow of the Retirement team
  • Assist Senior Analyst with large-scale projects, annual audits, and industry certifications
  • Maintain vendor and internal partner SLAs
  • Performs other related duties as assigned

Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role
  • SQL knowledge required; Tableau, Jira, Excel, and Confluence experience preferred
  • Knowledge of Employer Sponsored Benefit Plans + 401(k) required
  • Retirement certifications (RPF, QKA, etc) strongly preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Extremely detail-oriented with great time management skills
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, data-driven environment
  • Experience working cross-functionally
The base wage range for this remote position is targeted at $69,750 to $76,725 per year.
