Job Description

Essential Job Functions:

Amusement Attendants oversee the enforcement of safety rules in a courteous, friendly and professional manner. They must provide outstanding customer service by engaging with customers to enhance their experience.

Ability to identify customer safety violations.

Enforce rules and ensure patrons follow all set safety guidelines

Maintain the safety of participants in jumping areas and throughout the facility

Consistent attentiveness and readiness for safety and injury assistance

Manage customer traffic in spectator areas near your delegated area of monitoring

Facilitate customer inquiries and requests or forward on to an appropriate team member

Maintain our standard of appearance and cleanliness of the facility

Perform daily and weekly inspections as required

Report safety concerns to Manager on duty

Attend staff training and meeting events as required by the management

Other duties as assigned by management

Skills & Requirements

Must be 16 years of age or older

High energy level and a positive attitude, exceptional customer service skills

Quickly grasp and communicate new policies, event types and procedures

Ability to work independently and also follow direction when required

Ability to operate a 2-way radio

Details

Position Availability:

Immediate for part-time and full-time

Work up to 20 per week including weekends, evenings and holidays

Staff uniform required

While performing the duties of the job, the employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to handle, or feel objects, tools or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb stairs; balance; stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl; talk, hear; or smell. The employee must occasionally lift and or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by the job include short or long sighted vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
