All In Express is looking for

reliable and motivated Delivery Drivers

to join our Amazon Delivery Service Partner (DSP) team in

Paulsboro, NJ

. As a driver, you'll play a vital role in making sure packages are delivered safely, efficiently, and on time. This is an active, fast-paced position where you'll operate vans provided by the company, load and unload packages with care, and provide excellent customer service at every stop.

Key Duties

Safely operate vehicle, following all traffic laws and company policies Load and unload packages (up to 50 lbs) with proper handling and care Navigate assigned routes efficiently while meeting delivery schedules Interact with customers in a professional and friendly manner Perform routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance issues Use handheld devices for route navigation, package scanning, and delivery updates Support inventory management by reporting discrepancies during deliveries

Qualifications

Valid driver's license (no probationary licenses accepted) Clean driving record; ability to pass background check & drug screening Previous delivery or commercial driving experience preferred, but not required Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to lift, carry, and move packages throughout the shift Comfort working independently in a fast-paced environment Warehouse equipment experience (pallet jacks/forklifts) a plus; training may be provided
