We are seeking a skilled

Aircraft Structures Mechanic

to perform structural maintenance, repairs, and modifications on rotary-wing and fixed-wing aircraft in Huntsville, AL. The ideal candidate will bring at least

5 years of hands-on experience

with structural work and have strong knowledge of

Phase/Depot,/Reset-level maintenance

. Preference is given to mechanics with backgrounds on UH/MH/HH/SH-60, CH-47, and AH-64 platforms, though other well-qualified airframe experience will be considered.

This is a long-term, stable opportunity for individuals who take pride in craftsmanship, safety, and precision in the aviation maintenance field.

Key Responsibilities



Perform complex structural repairs, modifications, and installations in compliance with manuals, blueprints, and engineering drawings Conduct

Phase maintenance (PM1, PM2)

, Reset, and Depot-level structural tasks Remove, fabricate, and install aircraft skins, panels, stringers, ribs, and bulkheads Use precision tools and equipment for drilling, riveting, fitting, and sheet metal fabrication Inspect work for accuracy, quality, and adherence to FAA/DoD standards Maintain accurate records and documentation of work performed Collaborate with team members to ensure safe and efficient aircraft readiness

Qualifications



Minimum 5 years of aircraft structural/sheet metal maintenance experience required

Phase, Depot, and Reset maintenance experience highly preferred

Relevant aircraft experience preferred but not required: UH/MH/HH/SH-60, CH-47, AH-64

Open to other well-qualified rotary-wing and fixed-wing platforms

Strong ability to interpret and work from blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals Skilled in sheet metal fabrication, riveting, and advanced structural repairs Must be able to lift 50+ lbs and work in all weather conditions High school diploma or equivalent required; additional technical training preferred Must pass background check and pre-employment/random drug screening
