Responsibilities
Plan, organize, and execute diverse after-school activities that promote educational growth, social skills, and creativity.
Supervise students during program hours, ensuring their safety and adherence to behavioral guidelines.
Coordinate with teachers, parents, and community partners to develop tailored programming that meets student needs.
Manage program logistics including scheduling, resource allocation, and activity materials preparation.
Lead a team of staff or volunteers by providing guidance, training, and support to ensure smooth program operations.
Monitor student participation and engagement; address behavioral issues promptly and constructively.
Maintain accurate records of attendance, incident reports, and program evaluations for continuous improvement.
Promote an inclusive environment that celebrates diversity and encourages positive peer interactions.
Experience
Higher education teaching experience or background in education administration is highly desirable.
Prior experience working with students in educational or community settings is essential.
Demonstrated ability to organize and lead youth programs with enthusiasm and professionalism.
Familiarity with university environments or experience in educational institutions enhances your effectiveness in this role.
Strong communication skills for collaborating with staff, parents, and community stakeholders.
