Affordable Asset Manager Summary The Affordable Asset Manager is responsible for monitoring Flaherty & Collins Properties\xe2\x80\x99 affordable portfolio. The Affordable Asset Manager will report directly to the CFO and will work closely with the Property Management team. Tasks

  • Act as the primary contact for LIHTC syndicators to facilitate effective communication to maintain positive relationships
  • Manage the submission of various documents to syndicators to ensure equity installments are received timely.
  • Coordinate with syndicators to calculate rental achievement
  • Conduct monthly reviews of owner reports and property financials and address variances with the Management team
  • Participate in action plans for under-performing assets and attends a recurring meeting to review with owners and the Management team
  • Coordinate with F&C\xe2\x80\x99s management team to ensure lease-up is in line with the LPA benchmarks
  • In collaboration with Property Management, assess the capital needs/expenditures by property and work with the Property Management team to develop a long-term cap ex plan for the portfolio that corresponds to the stated strategy
  • Work with Property Management on annual budgets within RealPage Software
