Aesthetic Nurse Injector

Canonsburg, PA (serving surrounding areas)

Schedule:

25+ hours per week; flexible shifts. Current hours:


+ Mon-Thurs: 10 AM - 7 PM
+ Fri & Sat: 9 AM - 4 PM
+ Future extended hours: Mon-Thurs 8 AM - 8 PM, Fri-Sun 9 AM - 4 PM

Compensation & Benefits

Pay Range:

$40-$60/hr (depending on experience, client base, and training background)

Responsibilities

Cosmetic Injections & Skin Treatments

Perform neuromodulator and filler injections, biostimulators, biofilters, hyaluronidase, and more Conduct patient assessments, treatment planning, and follow-ups Deliver skin treatments including laser hair removal, IPL, microneedling, chemical peels, resurfacing

Consultation & Patient Care

Educate patients on treatments and products Create ethical, personalized recommendations Maintain detailed SOAP notes within 24 hours

Sales & Growth

Drive revenue through education-based sales and cross-referrals Stay current with trends, techniques, and products

Social Media Presence

Post 2+ times weekly on @yourname_renuvamedspa Share treatment results, special offers, and educational content Collaborate with marketing for campaigns (no personal branding allowed)

Attendance & Professional Standards

Maintain reliable attendance (no more than 5 call-offs in first 6 months) Arrive 15 minutes before shift start, check out with front desk at day's end Flexibility for evenings/weekends as needed

Qualifications

------------------

Active RN, NP, or PA license

Minimum 1 year full-time injecting experience

(2 years if part-time) Completion of basic Botox & filler course (experience required beyond this) Laser certification or derm/plastics experience a plus Obsessed with aesthetics industry (continuously learning, self-motivated) Confident implementing new techniques quickly after training
