Empowering Instruction with Purpose:

Teach adult learners in classroom, online, or hybrid settings Deliver instruction in math, reading, writing, social studies, science, and digital literacy Provide one-on-one coaching and group instruction at pre-college levels Administer assessments and track student progress

Organized & Student-Focused:

Maintain accurate student attendance and educational records Organize and update student files and documentation Communicate effectively with students and team members Attend staff meetings and training sessions

Collaborative & Mission-Aligned:

Contribute to team efforts and program goals Promote CWI's values through words and actions Support continuous improvement in adult education delivery

What We're Looking For:

Bachelor's degree required Certification or degree in Education preferred Reliable transportation Strong communication and organizational skills Commitment to student success and lifelong learning



ADDITIONAL INSTRUCTIONS FOR APPLICANTS:



Most positions at CWI are in-person and based on campus. While some roles may allow up to two remote workdays per week, eligibility for remote work is determined on a case-by-case basis at the hiring manager's discretion. All candidates must reside within, or be willing to relocate to, a reasonable commuting distance from CWI. Employment visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
