Job Description

We are seeking a lead developer 9 to 13 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Adobe Workfront Project Manager Adobe Workfront Fusion and Adobe Workfront. They should also possess domain skills in Online/Digital Marketing and Content Strategy. This hybrid role requires a proactive individual who can drive digital transformation initiatives and enhance our content strategy efforts.


Salary and Other Compensation:


The annual salary for this position is between $100,000/Year to $130,000/Year depending on the experience and other qualifications of the candidate.


This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.

Responsibilities



Lead the design and implementation of Adobe Workfront solutions to streamline project management processes. Oversee the integration of Adobe Workfront Fusion to enhance workflow automation and efficiency. Provide expert guidance on leveraging Adobe Workfront to optimize digital marketing campaigns. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align content strategy with business objectives. Develop and maintain best practices for using Adobe Workfront tools in digital marketing contexts. Analyze project requirements and design technical solutions that meet business needs. Ensure seamless integration of Adobe Workfront with existing systems and platforms. Monitor and evaluate the performance of implemented solutions to ensure they meet desired outcomes. Facilitate training sessions for team members to enhance their proficiency in Adobe Workfront tools. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the effectiveness of content strategy. Support the development of innovative solutions to improve digital marketing efforts. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical insights. Ensure all solutions comply with industry standards and best practices.

Qualifications



Possess extensive experience in Adobe Workfront Project Manager Adobe Workfront Fusion and Adobe Workfront. Demonstrate strong domain expertise in Online/Digital Marketing and Content Strategy. Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to design effective technical solutions. Show proficiency in integrating Adobe Workfront with other digital marketing tools. Have a proven track record of driving digital transformation initiatives. Display strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
